Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I’ve been going here for many years. Never had any issues with the service they provide. Prices are reasonable. I do wish they would still check and top off fluids when I visit.

I have been a long standing customer and have been satisfied with the service. Yesterday, was no different until I received my receipt and check list. It stated my air pressure had been checked but when he asked one of the guys did he check the tires the guy said no. This just didn't set well with me. Be Honest with your customers if you want them to keep coming back.

The price they quoted me over the phone was almost $30 less than what I was charged when I got the oil changed. I told them exactly what I needed when I was on the phone with the guy. I told him that’s not what I was told me when he asked for my payment but don’t think he ever heard me. Probably should’ve repeated myself. I just wanted to give a local company my business. My car uses synthetic oil, which I knew would be more than a regular oil change, but didn’t expect that much difference. The employees were nice enough to.

Went with my daughter to get the oil changed in her car. They also took the air filter out and sand fell out of it. Got to love Lubbock. They changed it for her. The guys were very nice and the service was quick. Thank you for a great job.

As soon as I drove into the bay, I was greeted kindly. They made sure to communicate with me as they were servicing my car. The service time was UNDER 10 minutes for an oil change! I definitely recommend Rapid Oil Change!
